'Made to Measure'

 

The ‘Made to Measure’ process incorporates a range of ‘integration activities’ that enable participants to create maximum impact in transferring their learning to the workplace. These include:

  • Individual follow-up coaching sessions
  • Personal action documents
  • Support and challenge group meetings
  • Programme review workshops

Participants also work in groups to identify activities, assignments and projects after the programme that enable important organisational issues to be tackled and at the same time provide a vehicle for working on their personal learning goals. In this way the programme can support individual managers development, whilst simultaneously promoting the business strategy and helping to create positive change in the organisation.
